城市中水氨氮的电极电位测定法研究及应用

摘 要:中水回用在火电厂中得到了越来越广泛的应用,为了克服中水回用给火电循环冷却水系统带来的不利影响,必须对中水重要污染物指标之一的氨氮含量进行准确、及时的监测。本课题的研究以《水和废水监测分析方法》中关于氨氮的测定法-电极法(试行)为基础,对该方法的分析系统和实验条件进行了优化,对该方法分析系统的各项性能进 行了测定,与现行的纳氏试剂光度法进行了比较。实验结果表明:该方法中所用的氨气敏电极响应斜率为-54mv~-60mv,所测定的电极电位与水样中氨氮 含量之间呈良好的对数关系,回归系数达到了0.9999。该方法的检出下限为0.05mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.26%,回收率为95%~105%,测 量偏差在允许范围内,验证了本方法的准确性和精确性。该方法操作简便,分析速度、试剂耗量和环保等方面均优于纳氏试剂法,满足了火电厂中水回用技术对氨氮含量测定的及时而快速的要求。该方法在电力行业的推广应用将具有重要的现实意义和实用价值。电厂化学网/|Cj4[Q

ABSTRACT: The reuse of municipal reclaimed water is widely applied at power plant,in order to overcome the bad factor brought by reclaimed water in the circulation cooling system of power plant,it is necessary to measure the content of the key contamination-ammonia-Nitrogen correctly and timely.the study is based on the ammonia-Nitrogen determination - electrode potential determination (trial) in the analysis method of water and wastewater, this method’s analysis system and its experimental conditions were optimized and analysis performances were measured in the study,the presently using Nessler Reagent Photometry was involved in the study as a comparision with the electrode potential determination method.result shows that the response slope of the electrode used in the experiment is in the range of -54mv~-60mv, the relation between the electrode potential and the concentration of ammonia-Nitrogen is well Logarithmic,the correlative coefficient is 0.9999. the lower limit is 0.05mg/L, RSD is 0.26%,the recovering rate is 95%~105%,the deviation is in the tolerance interals,which verified reliability and correctation of the electrode potential determination.the method  is superiorer with convinent operation,quicker detection,low consumption of sample and ISA,envirmential etc than Nessler Reagent Photometry,and fulfils the requirement of timely and quick detection of the ammonia-Nitrogen in the circulation cooling water of power plant. 1  前言电厂化学网:G_Z-HJ,p Q'^
    氨氮(NH3-N)含量是指水中以游离氨(NH3)或氨根离子(NH4+)形式存在的氮的量,是城市污水处理、火电厂中水回用等水处理工艺中的关键监测指标之一[1][2]。目前常用的氨氮测定法为纳氏试剂光度法[3],该方法受水样中金属离子、色度、浊度以及有机物等 的干扰,需对水样进行预处理。该方法对实验条件要求严格,操作繁杂,很容易导致测定误差[4]。另外,纳氏试剂在配制和使用过程中易产生对人体有毒的具有 挥发性的碘化汞,对环境产生不良影响,因而纳氏试剂光度法的应用逐渐被受到限制。所以,采用一种操作简便、实验条件易于控制、环保、准确性和可靠性高的氨 氮测定法非常必要。电厂化学网EU:p{ Agw
